Mattresses are upgraded from regular bunk bedding. Second bedroom has a television, VCR and gamecube. Brand new front loading washer and dryer, tile in most areas, (only bedrooms have carpeting), fans in all rooms, you will also enjoy the large chairs and ottomans on the deck overlooking the beach and pool area.
